The Voice That Lands.
T2B helps leaders, speakers, creatives, and teams find their ground, own their voice, and connect with the room—on stage, on camera, at work. Different rooms. Different needs. One throughline: connection.
Let’s work together.
Coaching, speaking, creative talent, or something in between—we’ll figure out what your moment needs.

Margot Bingham
For more than 20 years, Margot Bingham has worked on stages, in studios, and in front of the camera—learning firsthand what makes people listen, connect, and trust.
As an actress, singer, speaker, and strategist, she built T2B around that understanding: how we communicate matters just as much as what we have to say.
Today, Margot brings that perspective to leaders, speakers, creatives, and teams—while curating a roster of talent who bring that same connection to the room.
Across both, the work is the same: find the ground, understand the audience, and make the moment land.
